Your Right to Delete Your Account
Users may request complete deletion of their Ammart Online account and associated personal data. This includes account details such as name, email address, phone number, delivery address, and related account information.
How to Request Account and Data Deletion
You can permanently delete your account directly from the My Profile page after signing in and confirming your password. If you cannot access your account, please email our support team from the email address linked to your account.
- For immediate self-service deletion, open My Profile and select Permanently Delete Account.
- Send your request to support@ammartonline.pk.
- Use the subject line: Account Deletion Request.
- Include your registered name, email address, and phone number so we can verify the account.
- Clearly state that you want your account and associated data permanently deleted.
What Happens After Your Request
After receiving your request, Ammart Online will verify the account details and process the deletion of your account and associated data. We may contact you if additional verification is required to protect your account from unauthorized deletion.
Data That May Be Retained
Where required by law, fraud prevention, dispute resolution, or legitimate business record obligations, limited order-related records may be retained for the necessary period. Data that is not required for these purposes will be deleted.
