Eligible Return Cases

Customers may request a return or replacement if the delivered product is defective, damaged, incorrect, or materially different from the item ordered.

How to Request a Return

  • Share your name, phone number, order details, and delivery address.
  • Explain the issue clearly and provide photos or videos of the defective or incorrect item where possible.
  • Wait for our support team to review the request and guide you on the next steps.

Refunds and Replacements for COD Orders

Because Ammart Online uses Cash on Delivery (COD), refunds and replacements are coordinated through our support channels. Depending on the case, we may arrange a replacement product or return the amount through an agreed method such as bank transfer or mobile wallet.

Review and Approval

All return, refund, and replacement requests are subject to verification by our support team. Items must be returned in reasonable condition with any available packaging, accessories, or proof of delivery when requested.
